Mozzarella di bufala is porcelain white in color, soft but slightly firm outside and moist inside. It is naturally fermented making it lactose free and it has no preservatives. Each 8 oz. Mozzarella ball is packaged individually in its own brine.
To enjoy its full taste take it out of the refrigerator and after removing the brine place it in warm water bringing it up to room temperature. Try it melted on toast.

We are based in California and usually ship UPS ground within the west coast states from Monday to Wednesday. We then ship UPS next day air or next day air saver on Thursday or Friday, there may be an extra charge if the cheese arrives on Saturday morning. If you live in the mid west or on the East coast you must choose UPS 2nd day or UPS next day, this is because we are shipping a fresh product and want you to receive it in perfect condition. We pack our fresh cheeses in a Styrofoam box with an ice pack. You can choose which shipping method you prefer on our secure order form.
